Baylor’s first Give BIG Day marked a resounding success  

September 16 marked a powerful milestone in Baylor College of Medicine history—our very first Give BIG Day. And what a moment it was. Because of your support, we raised over $440,000. 

In just 24 hours, alumni, students, parents, patients, faculty, staff and friends came together to show what’s possible when a community believes in something bigger. People gave in support of cutting-edge research, world-class care, future-ready education and initiatives that uplift communities across Texas and beyond.  

Whether you made a gift, helped spread the word or simply took a moment to reflect on what Baylor means to you—thank you. Because of you, this inaugural effort was more than a giving day. It was a statement of hope, purpose and partnership. 

Give BIG Day was also a celebration of 125 years of progress—and a bold first step into the future. Fueled by the enthusiasm and generosity of the Baylor community, we witnessed the power of collective giving in real time. 

But this moment is only the beginning.
