While 2025 marked the 125th anniversary of Baylor College of Medicine—a moment to honor our roots and reflect on more than a century of discovery—2026 will propel us into a new and extraordinary period of growth and impact. Because of our philanthropic community, Baylor is poised to take a bold step forward with the completion of the Lillie and Roy Cullen Tower in June 2026. This landmark facility will house Baylor’s School of Medicine and School of Health Professions and will stand as a testament to your belief in our mission and in the power of education to change lives. When students begin learning within its walls in January 2027, they will do so in an environment designed to fuel innovation, accelerate research and prepare future leaders who will advance health locally and globally.
The year ahead invites us to reflect on more than 15 years of visionary leadership under Baylor College of Medicine President, CEO and Executive Dean Dr. Paul Klotman. His steadfast commitment has helped elevate Baylor as a national leader in education, research and patient care, shaping an institution defined by excellence, innovation and impact. The priorities he has championed continue to guide our work and inspire bold progress across Baylor today.
United by a shared commitment to shaping Tomorrow’s Medicine Today, we move into 2026 with purpose, optimism and an unwavering confidence in what we can achieve together.
